The KGTEC100 is equipped with a range of features including a Touchscreen HMI, adjustable height from 38”-60”, recipe storage, and precision adjustable test head height. It offers continuous or start-stop operation, catering to different production needs. Additional options such as Fall Down Detection, Choked Neck Detection, Line Backup detection, under conveyor mounting, side transfer, and Dead plates can be added for enhanced functionality. The device also provides various conveyor options, available in 3” or 6”, with or without vacuum, to suit different production lines.
