The Safety Dumper has been designed from the ground up with safety and efficiency in mind. The integrated guarding and operator initiated automatic operation ensure operator safety and reduced labour costs. A light curtain on the entrance of the Safety Dumper ensures operator safety, powering down if an operator attempts to enter while the unit is in operation. The adjustable tote holder allows all standard PET totes to be used. The 3 color status light with alarm can be mounted anywhere on the guard and allows easy identification of the status of the unit. The Safety Dumper can be configured for single dumping of the whole tote or using a sensor in the hopper it can dump incrementally as required.
